Review

Our team assists with reviewing and rationalising the current range, identifying areas for cost-saving and growth, while maintaining a high standard of quality and ethics. Let us help you bring your base cost down, ensuring a profitable business and affordable end product.

Compliance

We conduct label reviews to ensure your products are in accordance with South African legislation and provide guidance on certifications required. We work alongside your label designer to ensure all products meet South African retail standards.

We build the value chain of your products, taking all standard business and retail margins into account. From here our team conducts a commercial viability study. Alongside this, we provide in-depth competitor research to best understand your category and build a competitive pricing strategy as a result. At the end of this stage, you will have retail-ready products.

It’s time to present your brand to the retailers but you require a compelling retailer deck or trade presentation. We will drive the development of this presentation, ensuring it contains all information required by buyers.
